You may use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with applicable law. You must not use our site to:

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase. We will acknowledge receipt by email — this acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance. A binding contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.

We reserve the right to decline any order, including where products are listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error. If we are unable to accept your order, we will notify you and arrange a full refund of any payment taken.

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery charges are additional and will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer. All payments are processed securely. See our Payments page for full details.

We take care to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our jewellery, slight variations may occur. Gemstone colours and metal finishes may appear different depending on your screen settings.

For made-to-order and bespoke items, the final piece is crafted to your specification — minor variations from illustrations are inherent to the artisan process.

We offer free UK delivery on all orders. International delivery is available to selected countries. See our Delivery page for full details on timescales and zones.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes to you once payment is received in full.

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt. Bespoke, engraved, resized, or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable. See our Returns Policy for full terms.

All content on this website — including text, images, designs, logos, and software — is the property of MOH London Ltd and is protected by UK and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MOH London Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
