United Kingdom
All UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Next Day Delivery (by 1pm) — free of charge, fully insured, and requiring a signature at the delivery address.
You will receive a confirmation email on the day of dispatch. If your item is not signed for, it will be returned to your local sorting office for collection with valid identification.
Please allow an additional working day for deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Aberdeen, and other rural areas. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box or BFPO addresses.
International Delivery
We offer free international delivery via FedEx Priority on all orders. A signature is required; if you are unavailable FedEx will leave a calling card with instructions.
We aim to dispatch all jewellery within 24 hours of receiving your order. If immediate dispatch is not possible, we will provide an estimated date — typically 3–7 working days for made-to-order pieces.
Estimated Transit Times
FedEx delivery times apply to working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. We may use an alternative insured courier if FedEx Priority is unavailable — we will always notify you.
Import Duties & Taxes
For deliveries outside the UK, your country's customs authority may levy import duties or taxes on your order. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. MOH London has no control over customs fees and cannot predict their amount — we recommend consulting your local customs office before ordering.
Made-to-Order & Pre-Order Items
Made-to-order and pre-order items are dispatched between 3–4 weeks from the order date. If you require an item urgently, please contact us to discuss fast-track options.
Please note: ring sizes below H and above Y are made to order and are non-returnable.
Liability
MOH London does not accept liability for delayed delivery caused by third-party carriers. Once goods are signed for, responsibility passes to the recipient. We urge all customers to inspect parcels for damage or tampering before signing.
