1. Our Details

We are MOH London Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 08286836). Our registered office is at 281 Kenton Road, Harrow, Middlesex, HA3 0HQ.

You can contact our Customer Service Team via our Contact Us page or by emailing care@mohlondon.com.

2. Order Process & Acceptance

To place an order, add items to your bag and complete the checkout process. By clicking the final confirmation button, you are making an offer to purchase. We will send an acknowledgement email — this is not acceptance of your order.

Your order is accepted and a contract formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. We may reject an order if goods are unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, or an error exists in the pricing or description.

All prices shown on our website include UK VAT at the current rate. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

3. Made-to-Order & Bespoke Items

Many of our pieces — including engagement rings created through our Ring Builder — are made to your specification. Made-to-order items are subject to longer lead times, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Bespoke commissions require a non-refundable design deposit. Full terms will be provided during the bespoke consultation process.

4. Delivery

We offer free UK delivery on all orders via Royal Mail Next Day Delivery (by 1pm), fully insured and requiring a signature. International orders are shipped via FedEx Priority at no extra charge.

Delivery timescales are estimates only and we are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs processes. See our full Delivery Policy.

5. Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason (cooling-off period). To exercise this right, notify us clearly within 14 days. You must then return the goods within a further 14 days.

This right does not apply to goods made to your specification (bespoke or personalised items), engraved pieces, or resized rings.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of receipt. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. See our full Returns Policy for conditions and exclusions.

7. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your goods arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange collection and, at your option, provide a replacement or full refund. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms.

8. Warranty

All MOH London jewellery is covered by a 12-month manufacturing warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, or third-party alterations. Any third-party jeweller working on your piece voids the warranty.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. As a consumer, you retain the benefit of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
